Applications can be found on our website under the “apply now” tab of the subject property you are interested in. Remember, anyone over the age of 18 who will be occupying the property will need to complete a separate application. The online application will automatically submit your application to our office.

You can schedule to view the property with our leasing agent by emailing us at Stoneledge Management or calling our office number for applicants. After receiving your request, we will schedule a viewing if you meet the prequalification.
Yes, all of our properties will require a signed lease agreement. We typically require a 12-month lease, but there may be properties that accept shorter term leases or month to month rental agreements. Please inquire with the property manager for specifics lease terms.

Your rent is due on the first day of every month and tenants will be charged a late fee subject to the terms of their lease agreement if rent is received after the 5th day of each month. For your convenience, Stoneledge Management offers multiple payment options including online rent payments via ACH, Debit Card and Credit Card through our online portal. In the portal you have the ability to set up auto pay for future rent payments. If you do not prefer to make online payments through the online portal, you can also make Electronic Cash Payments (ECP) using barcodes which we will provide at selected stores such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and 7-11 where payment gets posted into your tenant portal real-time. We are not able to accept cash payments.
Please be sure you call our accounts receivables department on our office line at 570-761-6090 as soon as possible. Please note that continuously late payments may result in an eviction notice.
Yes, but every roommate will need to fill out an application and will need to be added to the lease. You can contact our office to request a link to our online application. After filling out the application, paying the application fee, and waiting for the screen results, your roommate will then be approved. The last step would be for them to sign the lease agreement. Please note skipping any of these steps violates the lease and could lead to termination.

Emergencies threaten human lives and/or cause property damage. For example, a burst pipe flooding the home and a broken heater for an extended amount of time with no other alternative heating options during the cold season are considered emergencies.

The pet policy depends on the terms in each specific lease agreement and varies among properties. When you already have a pet and you want to add an extra one, please call our office first. Adding an extra pet without the Landlord’s consent is a violation of the lease agreement. We will process every request separately depending on the lease terms.

No, changing the locks without written consent from the Landlord would violate the lease agreement terms. It’s possible to install new locks, but would need approval first. If you would like to add extra locks, you may be responsible for the associated cost. Our approved locksmiths would also need to conduct the work.

If there’s a need to enter the property, we will notify you beforehand. There are many possible reasons for the entrance of managers or staff. For example, landlords may enter the home for emergency repairs, annual inspections, or other routine maintenance. They also might need access for insurance agents or property or city inspectors to enter the property.

Yes, all the tenants need to have renters’ insurance before moving in. You will be required to show proof of renters insurance prior to moving in. Failure to do so may delay your move in date.
