How can I submit a rental application?

Remember, anyone over the age of 18 who will be occupying the property will need to complete a separate application. The online application will automatically submit your application to our office.

What kind of situations are emergencies?
Emergencies threaten human lives and/or cause property damage. For example, a burst pipe flooding the home and a broken heater for an extended amount of time with no other alternative heating options during the cold season are considered emergencies.
What's the pet policy?
The pet policy depends on the terms in each specific lease agreement and varies among properties. When you already have a pet and you want to add an extra one, please call our office first. Adding an extra pet without the Landlord’s consent is a violation of the lease agreement. We will process every request separately depending on the lease terms.
Can I change the locks?
No, changing the locks without written consent from the Landlord would violate the lease agreement terms. It’s possible to install new locks, but would need approval first. If you would like to add extra locks, you may be responsible for the associated cost. Our approved locksmiths would also need to conduct the work.
Can managers and staff enter my home when I'm not there?
If there’s a need to enter the property, we will notify you beforehand. There are many possible reasons for the entrance of managers or staff. For example, landlords may enter the home for emergency repairs, annual inspections, or other routine maintenance. They also might need access for insurance agents or property or city inspectors to enter the property.
Do I need renters’ insurance?
Yes, all the tenants need to have renters’ insurance before moving in. You will be required to show proof of renters insurance prior to moving in. Failure to do so may delay your move in date.
